Meet Tracy Todd, LMT

Hi, I am Tracy Todd, LMT. 

Massage therapy has been my career for three decades, and my approach has always been centered on the individual. I specialize in medical and injury massage, cupping, and trigger point therapy, using focused therapeutic bodywork to address pain, muscle tension, restricted movement, and the effects of injury and everyday wear and tear.

Gladstone is home. I grew up here, built my career here, and genuinely enjoy living and working in the same community that raised me. Outside of my massage practice, I’m civically active and volunteer with a variety of local organizations. Being involved in my community—and caring for the people in it—has always been an important part of who I am.

At The Secret Garden, my goal is simple: to provide skilled, experienced bodywork in a welcoming space where you can step away from everything else for a while and focus on feeling better.
